I bought dibz in Miami, Indianopolis, the Eagles and Cardinals to hedge my Giants dibz and my San Diego and Tennessee dibz. For the first time I did not sell off any of my Dibz in the playoffs because I should have been guaranted 2 Super Bowl tickets. I owned the Giants so I purchased Arizona and Philly options which were the only 3 remaining teams in the NFC. I also owned San Diego options which I did not sell because I thought I had my 2 tickets in the bag and possibly 4 if San Diego won. It is not as simple as refunding me my purchase price and fees for these fraudulent options but what about all the money I lost from not selling off the other options. These fraudulent transaction changed my entire mind set of how I was going to proceed this year. I have my whole trip planned and no tickets nor the money to purchase them because of this fiasco. Please let me know of any lawsuits. I have already contacted the Attorney Generals office and am consulting with an attorney. My email is vinny718@gmail.com I refuse to sign the seller agreement that they sent after the fact.

I think they were honestly scammed but it is up to them to make it right to the fans and their customers. If they don't they will see a huge drop off in profits next year. I know for one I am done with FirstDibz unless there is a drastic change. I also run one of the largest NY Giants fan based sites and I will make sure as many people hear our story as possible. I am surprised that FirstDibz didn't come up with a better resolution right from the start knowing how badly this is going to hurt there business. Also they have a long way to go with customer support. It doesn't help when people try to contact you for almost three weeks and you do not respond by returning their phone calls or emails. I waited almost 2 months for $1,300.00 that was in my wallet that I requested in November. I called almost every day for three weeks in January trying to find out what happened to my check. I finally received an email last week saying the batch was lost and they would send it out immediately. I received a check this week which is 2 months later. So between this and the whole issue with my playoff Dibz I am done with FirstDibz. To this day I have not been able to speak with anyone important from FirstDibs. All I get is their telephone operators that tell you this is the way it is and if you don't like it too bad. This is their final offer. Well I guess we will see what a judge says and what the public has to say.

All,
If you have any questions about the class action lawsuit, you can contact Drew Sciolla at asciolla@pbmattorneys.com
I am sure he would be interested in getting any of the info you have on this case. Any contact or promises made by Firstdibz? Have they tried to cut you some other deal? Any phone calls or emails from Firstdibz promising you or guaranteeing you anything? He is based outside of Philadelphia in Conshohocken PA.
